  • Identify tasks across NOC and SOC that can benefit from automation and collaborate on building solutions.
  • Own and oversee the NOC/SOC operational budget, including forecasting costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Lead initiatives to grow the NOC/SOC practice by identifying opportunities for service offerings and enhancements.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in network operations or cybersecurity operations.
  • 2+ years managing a NOC, SOC, or similar 24/7 operational team.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and SIEM platforms.
  • Direct experience with SOC operations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage departmental budgets and optimize costs.
  • Experience implementing automation using scripting languages or orchestration tools.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
