What you'll do

Improve performance and reliability of Starlink Community Gateway hardware.
Resolve technical issues for customers using the Starlink Community Gateway system.
Develop customer integration processes and guides for Starlink network equipment.
Define and implement product requirements to address customer needs for Community Gateways.
Support activation of new installations from initial connectivity through customer integration.
Travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and integration support.

What we're looking for

1+ years of networking experience deploying enterprise network solutions and/or cloud & web-scale networks
Professional experience with deployment of networking hardware including routers, modems, switches, firewalls
Understanding of core networking concepts from layer 1 through layer 3 and protocols like IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, NAT, NTP, IPsec VPN
Knowledge of routing technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, SATCOM, and WAN architectures
Ability to perform network troubleshooting including analysis of customer network captures and Starlink hardware telemetry
