What you'll do

  • Support implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Ensure reliable connectivity across LAN/WAN environments by collaborating on design and optimization.
  • Configure and maintain network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls from Cisco and Juniper Networks.
  • Monitor network performance and availability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot network incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and document resolutions for LAN/WAN environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience; DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required.
  • Active Secret security clearance at the time of application, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • CCNA (Cisco) or JNCIA (Juniper) certification and proficiency in OSI Model, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-vendor switching/routing, firewalls, network traffic analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and presenting using Microsoft Office applications.
