What you'll do

Lead the design and review of architecture diagrams and Kafka-based integrated solutions to ensure scalability and resilience.
Support third-party IT vendor integrations by setting up environments, configuring systems, migrating data, and validating setups.
Create scalable architectures for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems, managing database structural requirements for large-scale applications.
Document technical designs, conduct code reviews, and maintain quality, performance, and security standards in software development.
Lead deployments of new software builds on both on-premises and cloud environments, automating provisioning and maintenance tasks.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in .NET and AWS Cloud within an Enterprise Technology structure.
Extensive development background with modern technologies like Angular, React, Java, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and REST APIs.
10+ years of IT experience in financial or fintech institutions, including project leadership roles.
Strong understanding of logical and physical data models, defining database schemas (SQL, NoSQL, Graph/Neo4j).
Proven track record supporting technology integration initiatives, modernizing legacy platforms, and implementing modern frameworks.
Functional skills in full Application Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, Architecture and System Design, DevOps, and Deployment automation.
