What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of development experience in web-based and database technologies.
  • Solid experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL/Postgres, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports and lead a team in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of automated test processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus-building abilities for high-performance teams.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is desired.
