MyChart Epic Senior Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support and resolve complex system issues.
• Design and implement applications to optimize workflows and enhance patient care.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation including build specifications and training materials.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and IT teams on system integrations and interoperability efforts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and improve system performance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of three years of related experience in healthcare IT or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in Epic systems, including MyChart certification.
• Experience in system implementation, testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide vendor recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical staff and IT teams.
• Demonstrated adaptability and critical thinking in evolving business environments.
