What you'll do
Support and maintain active production facilities by repairing and installing audio/video broadcast/IT equipment.
Provide technical support for critical on-air systems, including installation and problem resolution.
Participate in technology design projects involving complex, leading-edge broadcast IP and IT infrastructure.
Document system anomalies, operational procedures, and reference materials using ITSM tools.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure sufficient inventory of parts and supplies.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 live production schedules.
What we're looking for
2-5 years of network-level broadcast production experience for live events
Proficiency in technical planning, documentation, and managing video/audio signals for live productions
Expertise in video and audio router operations and Cloud Technology workflows
Knowledge of REMI productions, remote operations, and current industry standards
Ability to lead technical meetings, work independently, and collaborate with teams
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
