As a Mission Operations Engineer at Anduril’s Imaging team, you will work closely with customers to deliver and sustain capabilities that meet their mission requirements. You will serve as the subject matter expert for imaging systems, developing deep knowledge of both customer needs and product limitations to enhance system performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with partners and users, understanding regulatory challenges and resource constraints, and educating Anduril’s engineering teams on evolving mission needs. This role requires an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, preferably within defense or aerospace, along with the ability to travel extensively. Familiarity with US governmental procurement processes is beneficial. You will work across hardware supply, logistics, and engineering to ensure mission success for Anduril and its customers.

What we're looking for

Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably defense or aerospace.
Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage work independently.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Deep knowledge of mission requirements and threats faced by customers.
Expertise in Imaging’s sensors and systems, including their capabilities and limitations.
Familiarity with US governmental procurement processes (preferred).
Active security clearance.
