- Expertise in designing complex systems including distributed, multi-threaded, and client-server architectures
- Proven skills in incident management and problem-solving for network issues
- Bachelor's degree or higher with experience supporting complex applications/systems
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional team collaboration
