What you'll do

Design and implement user-facing features powered by Generative AI from inception to delivery.
Ensure seamless integration and exceptional quality of developed AI features.

Demonstrate a bias for action, focusing on iterative development and experimentation.
Optimize AI-based solutions for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production.
Coach and grow engineers within the team to enhance overall technical capability.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in CS or related field with 4+ years experience, or Bachelor's with 6+ years in technical engineering.
Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Expertise in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
Strong understanding of system security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Practical experience designing and implementing ML/LLM-based solutions in production.
Ability to leverage generative AI technologies for developing innovative product features.
