What you'll do

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on at least one core M365 workload to assist customers.
  • Support M365 customers via multiple modalities in a global 24x7 support team.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs and trends to leadership for product improvements.
  • Optimize existing processes and tools to enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with other engineering teams to drive product enhancements and resolve escalations.
  • Lead M365 Service Improvement Programs and initiatives to advance collective capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing roles within IT departments.
  • Extensive M365 application development, deployment, and technical issue resolution expertise.
  • Deep technical proficiency with one or more M365 products.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills for global teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years experience.
  • Microsoft Cloud Platform certifications preferred (e.g., MSCE).
  • Experience migrating third-party platforms to Microsoft 365.
