What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in statistics, predictive analytics, research, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from data.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, Azure infrastructure, and AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML tools/frameworks.
  • Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive team culture and work effectively under pressure.
