What you'll do

Identify and shape impactful AI opportunities by collaborating directly with customers.

Prioritize features and determine which solutions should be scaled across industries.
Validate impact, drive adoption, and evolve AI solutions based on customer feedback.
Serve as a bridge between customers and Microsoft’s engineering teams to inform roadmaps.

What we're looking for

1+ years experience taking AI or data-driven solutions from prototype to production in enterprise environments.
Proven track record leading 0 to 1 initiatives, identifying customer pain points, framing business cases, and shipping solutions quickly.
Technical fluency in reading APIs, data schemas, system diagrams, and translating between engineering, sales, and executive teams.
Experience in forward-deployed, consulting, or customer-embedded roles delivering AI, data, or workflow automation solutions.
Strong product sense to identify the right problems, translate customer pain into opportunities, and balance bespoke impact with scalable platform value.
