What you'll do

  • Use telemetry frameworks to identify reliability gaps and improve update success rates.
  • Investigate and resolve large-scale deployment issues impacting customer devices.
  • Contribute to feature design, testing, and rollout across multiple Office client endpoints.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience developing production-quality services or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in C++ and/or C# for large-scale production environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows platform development, including Win32 applications.
  • Experience working on cloud-connected client platforms or deployment/update systems.
  • Ability to use telemetry data to monitor system reliability and improve performance.
  • Understanding of software deployment workflows, servicing models, and update delivery.
