What you'll do

What we're looking for

1+ year of experience designing and implementing backend and data-intensive systems.
Strong ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Solid collaboration skills across multiple teams and disciplines.
Experience with Azure platforms and modern deployment practices like CI/CD.
Demonstrated success in improving engineering velocity through tooling or process enhancements.
Understanding of developer productivity principles such as automation and workflow optimization.
