  • Solid skills in large-scale log analytics (e.g., Kusto/ADX, SQL).
  • Experience building decision-grade reporting and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and deliver outcomes through ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Windows reliability concepts including crash telemetry and device cohorts.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
