What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success processes including approval workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate policies into clear, testable automation requirements using technical literacy.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations from manual approvals to automated/AI-assisted processes.
  • Expertise in backlog management and release planning using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Designed and executed Business Value Testing (BVT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI features.
  • Skillful in mapping current-state approval journeys to identify simplification opportunities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent business needs in engineering forums.
