What you'll do

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+) in the technology industry, cloud solutions, or customer experience engineering.
Proficiency in .NET, Python, or similar programming languages for building cloud-based solutions.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform tools, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse in enterprise settings.
Background in data science, machine learning, or analytics, applying techniques to solve business problems.
Familiarity with AI agent design patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Customer-facing experience communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
