What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of direct partner engagement and expertise in developing or executing partner strategies.
  • Proven leadership in building and leading high-performing teams with strong mentoring skills.
  • Strong program management capabilities for complex initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in scaling partner ecosystems, familiar with Microsoft’s partner models.
  • Strategic thinking ability to define long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
