What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and finance.

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification with hands-on process optimization experience.
  • Expertise in integrating Microsoft AI technologies into business processes.
  • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives and change management.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
