What you'll do

  • Hire and develop a team of Cloud & AI Solution Architects to drive customer success.

  • Engage with strategic customers as an executive sponsor to accelerate Azure adoption.
  • Coach the team on providing feedback from customers to Microsoft product groups for improvement.
  • Lead technical conversations with customers to deliver value from their MS investments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting.
  • 3+ years of people management experience with technical teams.
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure Technologies or AI certifications preferred.
  • Proven ability to map customer needs to technical solutions using design thinking.
  • Technical understanding of security industry, competitive solutions, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a drive for continuous skill acquisition and improvement.
