What you'll do

• Maintains building management systems and documents changes.
• Conducts root-cause analyses and creates incident timelines following abnormal conditions.
• Prepares maintenance materials and performs administrative tasks as instructed.
• Supports onboarding of new employees, vendors, and interns by setting up workstations.
• Assists in developing and formatting Methods of Operating Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manages CE SharePoint site, creating and moving scope through workflows.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of technical services experience in critical infrastructure environments.
• Associate's Degree or relevant trade certification preferred.
• Experience in data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proficient in using building management systems and incident reporting tools.
