What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of software development experience with complex systems delivery.
  • Proficiency in Python and C# for AI/ML and full stack development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI Foundry, agentic systems, and reinforcement learning.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed computing.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
