What you'll do

  • Sustain execution on existing invoicing platforms and manage in-flight initiatives.
  • Reduce regulatory, financial, and transition risks through disciplined controls.
  • Serve as business process authority during system configuration and testing phases.
  • Provide end-to-end ownership for Source-to-Pay compliance and tax requirements.
  • Ensure accurate tax determination, calculation, reporting, and reconciliation across flows.
  • Partner with Corporate Tax to translate policy changes into operational processes.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing procurement and finance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and partner across teams.
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) controls and compliance frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay operations.
