What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, understanding their security architecture and business goals.
• Directly support customer engagements with CISO/Executives during pre-sales processes to ensure deal success.
• Engage in 24/7 on-call rotations to respond to critical escalations from Mission Critical Security Customers.
• Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term improvements using AI for scalability and repeatability.
• Represent the voice of the customer within Microsoft Security Engineering, influencing product direction based on real-world insights.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, customer engineering, or support/services program leadership.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Security products like Defender, Entra, Intune, Sentinel, and Purview.
• Fluent English communication skills at executive levels for both written and spoken interactions.
• Participation in a 24x7 global on-call rotation and ability to adapt work schedules for international meetings.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred along with relevant industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH.
• Proven track record of turning complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
