  • Design and maintain effective collaboration mechanisms for MLADS-related teams to enhance engagement and information flow.
  • Develop clear program materials such as briefs, agendas, and summaries to support informed decision-making among stakeholders.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and sequencing of work across OCTO programs to balance scope and capacity needs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in program operations and community effectiveness using TPM best practices.
