What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for resolving complex technical issues for US Government customers.

  • Establish best practices to align solutions with customer business goals and remove barriers to success.
  • Evaluate product impacts on customer strategy and provide actionable suggestions for improvements.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and after-action reporting to drive systemic improvements in service quality.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 6 years of industry experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) requirement must be met at time of hire.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team in technical support roles.
  • Experience coordinating responses during critical incidents for high-stakes customers.
  • Strong communication skills for clear, confident interaction with senior leadership.
