  • CompTIA CTT+ certification or equivalent technical training certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Current industry framework certification (ITIL, Prince) or technical certification (CCNA, MCSE).
  • Ability to deliver single to multi-day technology-based learning experiences independently.
