What you'll do

Lead all phases of quantum hardware projects from concept to delivery.
Coordinate with engineering teams to build and maintain clear development roadmaps.
Ensure effective collaboration across multiple technical disciplines for scalable solutions.
Use customer feedback to improve hardware and processes, including government clients.
Identify and mitigate risks in technology, scheduling, and operations continuously.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience managing large-scale interdisciplinary hardware technology projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related STEM field.
Ability to work in an AI-first environment using modern AI tools.
Experience with hands-on quantum hardware R&D, including device development and error correction.
Proven track record of leading external research partnerships in advanced scientific domains.
Expertise in technology transfer from R&D into scaled engineering and manufacturing.
Strong program management skills using Agile or similar methodologies.
