What you'll do

• Performs routine monitoring and visual inspection of critical facility equipment.
• Tracks equipment assets and completes maintenance work orders using CMMS.
• Assists with emergency monitoring and response under supervision, following EOPs.
• Conducts basic troubleshooting and performs various types of maintenance tasks.
• Escorts third-party contractors on site according to established LOR procedures.
• Prepares and submits required reports and develops understanding of MSOW.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Facilities Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital tools; ability to work effectively in hands-on environments.
• Safety focus and attention to detail, following strict procedures and identifying abnormal conditions.
• Past or current Microsoft Data Center Academy Student status required.
• Coursework or experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generators, UPS, or building automation systems preferred.
