  • Partner with Microsoft 365 Product teams to align FastTrack's engineering investments with platform priorities.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering large-scale platforms or services

  • Experience applying automation, AI, and data-driven systems to improve operational efficiency
