What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in building large-scale services.
Hands-on experience designing and operating security-critical or AI-powered systems at scale.
Proven ability to design, build, and ship agentic AI features or frameworks.
Clear communication skills for explaining complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with distributed training frameworks and containerization technologies for ML model deployment.
Track record of mentoring engineers and driving adoption of secure agentic AI standards across teams.
