What you'll do

  • Ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality ML solutions by overseeing system architecture and scalability.
  • Drive end-to-end execution across multiple initiatives from ideation to production and iteration.
  • Champion innovation in AIGC applications, ranking algorithms, and recommendation systems.

What we're looking for

  • Over 3 years of people management experience in software engineering or machine learning.
  • Master's degree and 12+ years, or Ph.D. and 8+ years, in a relevant field with extensive industry experience.
  • Solid hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems, and AIGC.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale production-grade ML systems.
  • Experience leading critical projects through full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow ML teams, including performance management and career development.
  • Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and experience with LLM fine-tuning.
