What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with Data Center Services policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on technician work and take corrective action as needed.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels and follow up on resolution.
• Review process changes to evaluate impact on service execution and share information.
• Lead team meetings, prioritize work, and rebalance priorities in response to changes.
• Complete safety training, conduct daily briefings, and participate in safety committees.
• Promote a culture of safety and empower technicians to report concerns and incidents.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7 data center environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience directing or supervising others.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant IT support experience.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety procedures and policies.
