The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in software development, expertise in Python, TCL, Perl, C/C++, and Azure environments, as well as a strong background in computer architecture and CPU/SoC design principles.

What you'll do

  • Drive software best practices and ensure scalable solutions for large user bases.
  • Collaborate with CAD Hardware and Compute infrastructure teams on complex projects.
  • Collect software requirements from stakeholders across Microsoft Silicon groups.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software development experience with expertise in Python, TCL, Perl, C/C++.
  • Proven leadership in managing small teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Expertise in owning and maintaining complex software projects independently.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with Azure environments, DevOps concepts, and continuous integration systems.
  • Familiarity with silicon design tools, flows, methodologies, and CPU/SoC design principles.
