What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements by translating mission requirements into secure Microsoft platform architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership across multi-domain security solutions including identity, endpoint, and cloud protection.
• Integrate Microsoft security services into hybrid or multi-cloud environments to support federal cybersecurity compliance.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the development of reusable delivery intellectual property within the Microsoft Security community.
• Influence enterprise-level security design decisions through architecture reviews and risk-based discussions.
• Deliver technical leadership in threat protection and SOC modernization, including integration with existing enterprise tooling.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of leadership experience in enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Technical expertise across Microsoft Security portfolio including Zero Trust security stack.
• Experience aligning Microsoft security capabilities to federal compliance requirements.
• Relevant Microsoft or industry security certifications (e.g., CISSP, AZ-500).
• Hands-on delivery or architectural leadership in multiple Microsoft security domains.
• Ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements and translate mission requirements.
• Delivery management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Project Management).
