What you'll do

• Design and develop production machine learning models for detecting security threats.
• Own the entire process of building ML detections from problem framing to post-launch monitoring.
• Analyze large-scale telemetry data to identify attacker behavior and new detection opportunities.
• Define and run rigorous experiments to establish quality standards for AI systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure models are scalable and maintainable in production.
• Translate ambiguous security problems into clear metrics and shipped solutions with product management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience delivering ML models into production with software/data engineering teams.
• Proficient in Python and large-scale data processing on cloud-based platforms.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience applying data science/ML to security, fraud, abuse, or risk detection.
