What you'll do

• Monitors and inspects critical facility equipment for routine maintenance.
• Tracks equipment assets and completes maintenance work orders using CMMS.
• Assists with emergency monitoring and response under supervision, adhering to EOPs.
• Conducts basic troubleshooting and performs various types of maintenance tasks.
• Escorts third-party contractors on site according to established risk procedures.
• Prepares and submits required reports and learns method statements of work.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in relevant fields like Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Facilities Engineering.
• Demonstrated interest in mission-critical infrastructure and data center operations.
• Safety focus with strict procedure adherence and ability to report abnormal conditions.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital tools for hands-on operational work.
• Past or current Microsoft Data Center Academy Student status required.
• Coursework or experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generators, UPS, building automation systems preferred.
