What you'll do

  • Design and implement extensibility features for AI agents to interact with enterprise systems.
  • Own the delivery of key extensibility features such as agent publishing and multi-agent architecture improvements.
  • Evaluate and apply advanced AI technologies and architectures when developing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, safety, and accessibility standards in product development.
  • Identify and drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the ESS platform.
  • Establish and maintain engineering best practices including CI/CD, telemetry, and quality assurance.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and managing high-scale full-stack systems.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-based architectural patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with authentication, microservices, distributed systems, data analytics, and AI services.
  • Ability to drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in software platforms.
  • Expertise in applying coding standards and conducting code reviews for maintainable code.
  • Understanding and application of Microsoft’s responsible AI practices.
