What you'll do

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable cloud services and APIs for Business & Industry Copilot scenarios.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using modern software engineering practices.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, participating in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.
  • Use telemetry and logging data to inform decisions and continuously improve services.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience with generative AI or LLM/ML algorithms.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying live production systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft stack technologies, including Azure and .NET.
  • Familiarity with modern LLMOps frameworks such as LangChain and PromptFlow.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle from ideation to shipping.
  • Expertise in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
