What you'll do

• Apply Microsoft security capabilities to meet mission, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Deliver and configure multi-domain security technologies across identity, endpoint, cloud, data, and operations.
• Integrate Microsoft security services into hybrid or multi-cloud environments following approved patterns.
• Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing and implementation guidance.
• Participate in architecture reviews and threat modeling sessions providing practical input.
• Contribute to reusable delivery assets and documentation within the Microsoft Security consulting practice.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on technical expertise across Microsoft Security portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions in federal environments.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience delivering or designing solutions in identity & access security, endpoint protection, threat management, cloud security, and data protection.
• Ability to integrate Microsoft security services into hybrid or multi-cloud environments following approved patterns.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, or equivalent industry certifications like CISSP, CCSP.
• Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
