What you'll do

• Research, implement, and fine-tune state-of-the-art AI models using advanced techniques.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and deploy them to production environments.
• Translate research into production-ready solutions and measure impact through A/B testing.
• Identify gaps in AI quality using data analysis and implement proof-of-concept projects.
• Maintain clear documentation of experiments and share findings internally for knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (3+) publishing in peer-reviewed venues or filing patents.
• Proven track record (3+) conducting research in academic or industry settings.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying live production systems.
• Expertise in researching, implementing, and fine-tuning state-of-the-art AI models.
• Familiarity with modern LLMOps frameworks like LangChain and PromptFlow.
• Deep understanding of generative AI models and machine learning stacks.
