Preferred qualifications include direct experience with common eDiscovery tools like Relativity and Nuix, proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, and deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365/Purview ecosystem. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, process efficiency, and creative problem-solving in an ever-evolving technological landscape.

What you'll do

Partner with outside counsel to ensure efficient eDiscovery processes.
Identify and classify review sets using complex query filters and AI.
Maintain detailed tracking logs for throughput in eDiscovery projects.
Continuously update processes as platform technology evolves.
Manage data retention operations at both platform and workflow levels.
Provide detailed feedback on product features to improve eDiscovery tools.
Drive custom development and infrastructural build-out with Engineering.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in a relevant field plus 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of System Administrator experience with common eDiscovery tools.
Experience with Relativity aiR suite and other GenAI capabilities for document review.
Proficiency in process automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, SQL, Python.
Proven ability to devise reliable solutions within technology limitations.
In-depth familiarity with M365/Purview eDiscovery and Compliance capabilities.
