What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with Data Center Services policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on technician work and take corrective action when necessary.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels and follow up on resolution.
• Evaluate impact of process changes and share relevant information with stakeholders.
• Lead team meetings, prioritize work, and rebalance priorities as needed.
• Complete safety training, conduct daily briefings, and promote a culture of safety.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience supporting IT equipment or in a technical team.
• 1 year of experience managing or supervising others.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record working in a mission-critical 24x7 data center environment.
• Ability to ensure compliance with data center policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and promote a culture of safety among technicians.
• Lead team meetings, prioritize work, and manage service quality.
