We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge team focused on developing a scalable commercial quantum computer. What you'll do

Design and implement Microsoft Quantum software and firmware subsystems for quantum hardware.
Develop novel algorithms to solve computationally hard problems using quantum computing techniques.

Collaborate with experimentalists and hardware designers to integrate real-time quantum stack solutions.
Monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and recommend corrective actions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
1+ year(s) programming experience in C, C++, C#, Java, or Rust.
Experience administering and developing on Windows systems.
Ability to identify problem areas and drive issues to closure.
Strong software development and testing practices understanding.
Motivated to succeed in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience coding with at least one relevant language.
