As a Software Engineer II on the Agent 365 Foundation Team within the Business and Industry Copilot group, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing globally distributed services that support enterprise-scale AI and business workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development of a multi-tenant metadata storage and discovery platform, building tools to automate issue detection and diagnosis, and driving engineering initiatives to mitigate recurring issues through self-healing mechanisms and automation. You will work with Azure technologies to create secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure that powers mission-critical business applications across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate has experience with microservices architecture, enterprise-scale AI products, and building cloud services on the Azure platform.

  • Proven ability to automate issue detection, diagnosis, and implement self-healing mechanisms.
  • Track record of contributing to product improvements through impactful bug filing and design changes.
