What you'll do

  • Leads the adoption and continuous improvement of AI tools and Responsible AI practices across the software development lifecycle.
  • Drives operational excellence by enhancing diagnosability, incident prevention, and secure operations for production services.
  • Empowers team members through technical values demonstration, sharing, and championing to ensure accountability and success.
  • Partners with stakeholders to validate user requirements, incorporate customer insights, and advocate for security and privacy needs.
  • Breaks long-term vision into milestones, drives estimation and capacity planning, ensuring secure delivery with operational readiness.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of cloud service engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
  • Experience building AI-powered products, search capabilities, or data/knowledge services at scale.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant technical field with extensive coding experience.
  • Ownership of end-to-end customer and developer experiences across multiple product surfaces.
  • Expertise in distributed systems and production operations including reliability and observability.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance SDLC quality and velocity.
