What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of AI and GPU Azure VM families optimized for various workloads.
• Mentor and grow a Product Management team focused on customer needs and product delivery.
• Define roadmaps and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality Azure VM offerings.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their workload requirements and align on product offerings.
• Lead cross-group partnerships across diverse development teams within Microsoft.
• Align senior leaders on product strategies, secure support, and drive clear execution of deliverables.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• 3+ years people management experience with a proven track record of leadership.
• 6+ years experience improving product metrics and disrupting markets.
• Deep knowledge of compute workloads including simulations, machine learning, inference, remote visualization, and gaming.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of hardware architectures and software tools across various technologies.
• Proven ability to define product strategies and deliver AI offerings in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth-mindset with strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
