What you'll do

• Manage IT and logistics support for a portfolio of edge sites in a metro or region.
• Execute all physical infrastructure resources required to ensure capacity provision.
• Provide quality control for datacenter-wide IT maintenance support activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during major incidents at datacenters.
• Ensure SLA adherence in deployment, break fix, and inventory management processes.
• Develop new processes and procedures to transform Edge Site Operations.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of critical environment infrastructure experience.
• Applicable certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
• 2+ years’ experience in a 24x7x365 production environment.
• Knowledge of physical Enterprise-class IT infrastructures and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks autonomously.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal awareness, and communication skills.
