What we're looking for

• PhD or equivalent experience in relevant fields like Computer Science or Engineering.
• Publications in top-tier scientific venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, and CHI.
• 7+ years of research experience in academic or industry settings.
• 5+ years developing and deploying live production systems in a product team role.
• Proven track record of impacting shipped products through measurable benefits for users.
• Experience presenting at major conferences as an invited speaker.
